Who are we are looking for?
We have introduced the new Impact Coach role after feedback from our community of Coaches who have an interest in further developing their skills. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to be an integral part of the delivery of our school programmes.
You will play a pivotal role in the running of the programme, supporting the Programme Manager with setting up and delivering the sessions and trips. While you won't be directly coaching students, you will use coaching skills to support them at school, and guide them throughout the programme. This role is perfect for someone looking to understand how a youth programme works and gain experience supporting young people face-to-face.
You may be coaching primary or secondary school students depending on your location. The primary and secondary roles differ slightly, so please read the role description carefully.
