This year, Yes Futures is embarking on a new strategy, which will make Yes Futures more innovative, agile and responsive. As a result, we have a number of exciting roles currently available:
Director of Programmes and Product
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is as ambitious as we are about
empowering young people to believe in themselves and discover their personal potential.
Initially focused on leading our programme delivery across the South of England, this role will, later in 2025, evolve into a strategic leadership position responsible for developing Yes Futures’ programmes and products. You will play a key role in the organisation’s leadership, working closely with the Deputy CEO to ensure our offerings develop and remain innovative, impactful and aligned with our mission.

Programme Delivery Officer
(3 months, fixed term contract)
The Programme Delivery Officer will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Yes Futures’ programmes. This hands-on role will involve working closely with schools, students, and volunteers to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth coordination of programme activities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and maintaining the high standards that Yes Futures is known for.

Deputy CEO
We are looking for a confident, experienced leader to provide strategic and operational leadership, working closely with the new CEO to ensure Yes Futures continues to deliver high-quality impact for young people in line with our vision and values.
Your key responsibilities will be partnerships and income generation; operational oversight; and strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will be skilled in fundraising, partnership building and income generation, and be an inspriational and pro-active team leader.

Chief Executive Officer
We are looking for a thoughtful, positive and responsive leader who is as ambitious as we are about empowering young people to believe in themselves and discover their personal potential.
We are looking for a hands-on, energetic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our small but mighty charity through an important phase of re-stabilisation and growth. This role demands a leader who thrives on rolling up their sleeves, balancing strategic oversight with direct involvement in day-to-day operations. You will ensure our programmes are delivered effectively while driving income growth and fostering a positive, motivated organisational culture.
